To simplify the planning process, below are package options to help get you started, as well as general pricing for popularly ordered wedding elements. Prices fluctuate based upon desired flowers and availability, and will be refined during your wedding consultation. Please inquire below!

Step One: Inquire

Before scheduling a Consultation, let's make sure your preferred date and requirements are available! There are still summer weekends open but since The Flower & Vine is already scheduling out two years from now, it's imperative to lock in your date as quickly as possible before it's taken!

Step Two: Determine Investment

Below are sample prices for pieces you might wish to include in your wedding. Please note, these are based on typical wedding flowers and greens and serve only as a starting point for setting your budget. Premium botanicals incur a larger investment, as do out-of-season flowers and greens. You may also wish to build a sample estimate on your own to get an idea of approximate cost. Otherwise, your estimate, deposit and contract will be available for review and any modifications after your consultation.

Lavender Buds for Tossing: $40 per 1/2 pound (many, many cups of organic lavender from the Evergreen Valley Lavender Farm)
Delivery and Set-up Onsite: $150
Onsite Flower Crew, if requested (separate from delivery/breakdown): $100/hour
Day Of Coordinator: $75/hour
Travel Per Mile Outside of Service Area: $2/mile
Breakdown and Takeaway Onsite (at conclusion of event): $100

Step 3: Schedule a Consultation

Now that you have looked into dates, venues, themes, colors and investment options, it's time to meet with Genevieve! She will reach out to you after reviewing your Inquiry and schedule a time to have you come to The Flower & Vine Shop to discuss your preferences, share ideas, talk about options and plan next steps.

Step 4: Wedding Floral Contract

After concluding your consultation, reviewing the estimate and are ready to confirm, the next step is submitting payment that holds your date and permits no one else to take it! Please review the contract below to learn the terms and conditions of the agreement. Your first 50% payment (including a $500 nonrefundable deposit) constitutes understanding and acknowledgement, and is a binding hold on your event date. Payment for "Justice of The Peace" is due in-full at the time of booking with a $250 nonrefundable deposit. Remaining payment is due two weeks prior to your event.

Step 5: One Month Before Wedding

Genevieve will reach out to confirm details, make amendments or changes to accommodate any new requests, and modify the estimate as needed. Orders for any new botanicals, hardgoods or other items will be placed at that time. A second check-in happens two weeks prior, when final payment is due.

FINAL STEP: The Wedding!

The day is finally here! YAY! As previously arranged, Genevieve and her crew (if required) will arrive on time with every beautiful piece in-hand, ready to set up and ensure that each is perfectly placed. Now you can breathe deep, enjoy the day, and trust that you've been showered with the most beautiful, enchanting and freshest blooms around!

You may distribute them to guests as gifts after the reception, or if you've chosen the Breakdown/Takeaway option, you may pick up your arrangements at The Flower & Vine the next day, as they will be gently cared for in a commercial floral cooler for safekeeping until they are retrieved.
